Patients have been unable to come to the hospital for treatment and travel has been restricted for Hamlin’s Patient Identification officers searching for women with untreated fistula injuries.
Hamlin’s Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital performs surgery on the most complex childbirth injuries, which consume more time and resources.
